Dont you want to make a house sale???

I first made contact with Dic Homes in early April 2013 when I wanted to buy my own home.
After several calls and emails to Dewald (through the Property24 and Private Property websites) to date he has not had the common decency to respond back.
I am wanting to purchase a brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in Thatchfield, and I know that the next batch is being sold now, and will be ready for occupation in October 2013.

Obviously business is very good, and he doesn't need another sale.
I am very interested in this new development, but right now I am not having any joy with Dic Homes.

I have even contacted Dickie (The Prinicipal) and whether he ever told Dewald that I called the main office, I don't know, because like I have said. No response, no communication, no feedback.
