BMW 3 series from Midway Mews

I went to midway mews on Friday 5 July @16:40
I went into Midway Fashions for about 5mins to browse. When I came out my car was one. I parked right outside the shop and can't understand how someone could such a nice car in like 5 mins. There are no cameras and no way in finding out what happened to my car. I am very upset. I need to put a claim to brolls insurance I have a case number and need an answer from broll.

The car guards doesn't know anything the security guards doesn't know anything too And the is no centre manager at that shooing centre. I work for a large property company and deal with insurance cases. So I need to know what's the next step.
