VERY BAD ATTITUDE!!!

I received a call today from Anna. All of a sudden she started to scream at me because she alledge that the house was not cleaned, that while there is a clause in the contract that states that they will clean the place and deduct such monies from my account. Very arrogant and bad service. Totally dissapointed!!!
