I signed an offer to purchase for flat in Sunnyside Pta & paid cash for it in December 2012, but was told that someone else got flat instead of me as there was an offer on it (story after i paid cash). The agent then offered to seek me another flat in same neighbourhood, up to this day, u haven't seen the flat as agent can't access the unit and they stick refuse to give me my money. Their attorneys Appollis have been giviing excuses about this unit rates for past 3 months. Their customer service is horrible and they inconsiderate.
