We have had a number of issues with Just Letting. This specific incident we reported that the geyser plays up as it's winter. Some mornings we have no hot water and they suggested we turn up the thermostat and we'd have to go in the roof ourselves otherwise there will be a call out fee of R600. Furthermore, when there are heavy rains, the ceiling leaks. Now for fear of the wooden floors being damaged we reported it as one weekend it was raining continuously. The list could go on and on. Basically I believe the latest development was that they would send someone to look at the geyser for us. My mother was home on the day specified and Just Letting has mine and my mothers contact number. Apparently he came out and we didn't respond. Therefore, we were charged a 'missed call out fee' on this months statement. No one made contact with us letting us know the man was possibly outside and why didn't we answer etc. We queried it with them and usually only receive rude and unhelpful responses when they feel like it. I must say if I listed all the trouble we've had with this agency I'd be on here all day. We are constantly basically told to like it or leave it in so many words.
