DO NOT TRUST Pro-Namic Real Estate!

I Signed a contract agreement to Purchase a house through Pro-Namic Real estate, in the contract it is specified that certain things need to be checked and fixed. for the past 4 months i have asked the Agent Colette to arrange with the seller to fix everything prior to registration, she assured me it will be done. the place has been registered already and the seller has still not completed his contractual obligations, upon asking the Agent Colette what is going on she simply tells me that she is unable to reach the seller to make arrangements during the week she agreed and stated via sms that the seller will fix everything, after talking to Colette i personally called the Seller and he informed me that he spoke to her 30min ago and told her he refuses to fix anything in the house. she now is avoiding all my phone calls. i am moving this weekend and the place is still not ready as per contract agreement.i strongly suggest anyone dealing with Pro-Namic to find another Agency, they are not to be trusted. and i will spread the word anyway i can.
tomorrow i will go to their offices in hopes of talking with the owned of Pro-Namic, they are unprofessional i will never deal with them again
