INACCURATE ACCOUNTING!

This company is bad news, they send us statements, with amounts overdue by post, yet their online statements for the same property, differs from paper statement. When you challenge them, they hang up, or they claim we have "computer issues" and just keep demanding you pay the paper statement amount, which is MUCH higher than online...

Even when you go to their office's they will not help you unless you have a wad of cash to just hand to them...

This lady, LAETITIA at their "Debt Collection Agency" can only be described as knuckle dragging fishwife. She has about as much personality as a bokkom. The amount of abuse she hands out is amazing, calling you names, and making chimp like noises. A strange jungle specimen! Hungry baboons are more tame than her, she should be kept in a cage on a leash!

Anyway, what i am trying to say is, STAY AWAY from these BAFOONS if you are thinking of getting property administrators for your complex, they cannot administer a -up in a brewery if alcohol is free of charge, in fact they will send you a bill for teh free booze!
