Unprofessional, inefficient

We are renting a place in Sunninghill. Plovers Realty managers the property for the owner. Leonie helped us at 1st- she is very helpful and was very pleasant. The owner, however, in my opinion has been very unprofessional. The flat was dirty when we moved in. They said they would come fix the things that had to be fixed. Then only came 2 days ago (we have been in the place for a month and 10 days already), after we had to send numerous emails while being ignored (we also had a leaking toilet) One of them was a stuck door handle, she sarcastically opened and slammed the door numerous times to prove that she could open and close it and then proceeded to tell her guys not to fix it. When we got annoyed with her attitude, she stormed out and said she doesn't need to work like this. She then came back, made a list of everything that needed to be done (which we had already given her a month prior), asked sarcastically if they could repaint a peeling ceiling, which was already on the list, left to buy the materials, and never returned (not even a phone call). If this was my flat I would want it to be well maintained and looked after. We are not happy at all with the unprofessional service recieve
