Joanique Eco Park - rip off with hidden costs

We've had the unhappy pleasure of being tied into a lease agreement with Joanique Eco Park for 2 years! Hidden electricity and communal levies ended up being more than 50% of our basic rent! And heaven forbid that you query it - you get fobbed off with a well it's in the lease. Never mind that they could never prove the actual electricity calculation! The electricity was off for more than a week and the cost was higher than ever before! I mean it doesn't take a genius to work out that is nonsense!
