RE: No response to email regarding traffic fine

Dear Superitendent,

I refer to the above fine and notice which I only received via the post on 31 May as I have been indisposed due to undergoing surgery On the date in question of the alleged contavention I was on my way to attend my sister-in-laws funeral in Port Sheptsone (ANTIONETTE DE BEER) at Doves thus my mind as you could appreciate was focussed on the funeral and the melocholy of the the whole tragic circumstances. Be that as it may I went to pay the fine yesterday at one of the outlets only to be told that the Ref No 8108463427217434 may be incorect as it would not register for payment purposes. I would really like to dispose of this matter ASAP please advise what I can do. Your assisstance would be appreciated
