I only wanted to collect my new ID book - it is only a collection - or so I thought. Sat through my 1hour lunch without being even looked at or help in any way. Personnel were lazy, reluctant and spitefully sluggish to help the more than 20 people waiting in ques. It is was if they were getting enjoyment out of the fact that we were all waiting for them to finish chatting, laughing and eating. Well I was not able to collect my ID and will probably have to sacrifice more petrol and lunch hours to JUST collect my ID - so this is what my tax money is used for!
