Claims not processed

Good day.

On the 28th of December I took my second form of maternity to the Sandton Branch and I was told to expect payment within a week as like the 1st payment.

It has been 3 weeks and when I called last week I was told that there is no one to process the payments because the lady that is meant to be doing that is on leave.

No one seems to know when she is will be back and what do we do at the mean time.

I have been paying uif for 12years and never have I claimed and my 1st time is this bad, what does this say about our government offices.

I thinks its embarrassing to say the least that there is only one person processing claims if that is the case.

I will be waiting for feedback.
