Durban Metropolitan Police Service Issue fines

I am writing to formally challenge the traffic fines that I am getting every month from Durban Metro Police Service. Tthe following fines are always issued around the same area that is why I am so concerned why cant they get hold of the driver:
Date:2013-01-18 1/80178671 Place: Ksia Drop Off. Offence: Park in no parking area
Date:2013-0109 1/79760620 Place: JB Marks RD. Offence: Park in a Bus Stop
Date: 2013-02-22 1/80393131 Place: West STR. Offence: Fail to obtain/Affix Coupon (MET. Parking Bylaws)
Date: 2013-02-22 1/80371667 Place: DR Pixley Kaseme STR. Offence: Park in a Bus Stop
Date: 2013-03-06 1/80551998 Place: Broad Str. Offence: Fail To Obtain/Affix Coupon
Date: 2013-03-07 1/80655806 Place: Smith STR. Offence: Park on yellow line

"At the dates stipulated on the Fines, I was at work here in Gauteng (Boksburg) and I am not staying around KZN I don't have family or even relatives that I know, my family stays in Free State where I go for my holidays. I have never been in Durban and I fail to understand how such thing can happen whereas I'm the only person driving my vehicle".

The vehicle that is always found on the road cant be clamped or investigated why?
