CAN'T FIX A PERSISTENT ELECTRICY PROBLEM

For the last three weeks we have been experiencing electricity problems. It is off for a minimum of 5 hours a day. Normally starting from about 1 in the morning. This has been going on and on and on. WE CAN'T GET HOLD OF CITY POWER or CITY OF JOHANNESBURG. It seems as if now one is bothered to answer the phones. Deon de Beer is in charge of Honeydew, but he can't even answer his phone or his e-mails.

All we want to know is what is the problem and why they can't fix it. Surely they know there is a problem. But like everything else in this country it is too much trouble to fix a problem.
