Uexceptable service

The bad attitude and lack of compation by the so called care givers in the health profession is unexceptable, the paitents are made to wait for long hours with no help and no feedback is given to either the patient or the family of the patient, the nurses would rather watch TV than help patients. the attitute of these people must be addressed.
