Gauteng Consumer Affairs Ignores Cases

Nokuthula Macingwane from the Gauteng Consumer Complaints was assigned to our case a year ago when Kgabang Printworks (who we have laid a complaint on Hello Peter about) took money and our goods and did not compensate us.
She has been very friendly with the manager of the company that we were complaining about, she has not assisted us in receiving compensation, she has stalled the process repeatedly. Eventually she met with us and Kgabang Printworks, said that they needed to pay us within two weeks and we have not heard back from her despite us calling, emailing, asking for her to follow up about the payment owed to us that is supposed to be enforced by the Gauteng Department of Economic Development.
