Not supporting development

I'm writing as a frustrated parent were I have tried several attempts with Netcare Unitas hospital to assist on a school project.

My child is a grade 9 student and has been tasked to shadow a professional they would in future aspire to be. I contacted Unitas hospital 2weeks ago with this request and promised by the hospital manager to call back as she first needed to make arrangements, to my disappointment today I found out that the lady is on holiday and she never informed anyone about my request.

To add to this frustration I was told by the PA that the hospital manager is a busy woman... I very disappointed in Unitas this gives an indication that they are not supportive to development especially living in a country where health professionals are scarce and needed!
