Poor Services to help Good Citizens

I just moved into a new completed apartment and some valuable things in my apartment was. Though, there were no breaking in, the must have used duplicated keys to get into my apartment. The same happened at five other apartments, this makes us suspect these guys working with the developers as they're always on site and we see them carrying bunch of keys.

To cut the long story short, I reported the case and was assigned an Investigating officer named Const. Masinge, he did nothing after 2 weeks and later told me he was on leave and informed me that the case has been transferred to Lt Hadebe. But to my surprise none of these guys were doing anything, which made me actually loose all the faith I have in SAPS has they are not helping citizens. When I called the Lt yesterday, he said he'll get back tome, but that is what they always say. They don't respond.

To this point, I don't believe in SAPS. No I don't.
