Electicity disconnected withou any help for 6 days

My electricity was disconnected for the last 6 days (20th Match 2013) and I've been trying to contact someone at the call centre with the number provided on my gate with the notice that its been disconnected 012 358 9999. When I got through to a call centre its always the wrong department (after following the promts and selecting the correct options 3 and 5) when they transfer me to the credit department I get disconnected every time (over 20 calls made lasting between 10 and 15min). When I requested to talk to the supervisor mshe refused to listen to me and refused to give me her name and transfered me to the same black whole and got disconnected again. No one took ownership and no one could care less of my electricity being disconnected and I had to book myself and my family with a baby of 4 months into a hotel for the weekend as no one is working over a weekend in this place. Ive tried several times to contact the emergency number without any success. Ive even sent a e-mail to customercare@tshwane.gov.za and guess what no responce either. This morning ive contacted them and the voice recording said i should phone back in office hours it was 10:00?? Ive paid my account fully!
