Poor repairs and services

Our electricity was cut off on 2013-01-13 @ aroun 11am. The disconnection people told us that theres something wrong with the electricity supply. We phoned the call centre and explained our matter and they told us someone will come and see to the matter. Those people to check the problem arrived and told us they cannot re-connect because the people who initially disconnected took out something called a 'circuit breaker'. Next step was to phone the call centre again and we did so and they said we must report to the municipal office the next day. We did so early and we were told to pay R570.00 for re-connection so we paid R600.00. They told us people will be sent to re-connect. People were sent but they also said they cant re-connect because the 'circuit breaker' was removed. So we had to phone again and other people were sent. Their story was they cant put the circuit breaker without a 'Code'. We phoned the call centre again and other people were sent and they said they cant put the 'Code' without the circuit breaker. seems like we were sent back and forth for nothing. Pls help us as we still have no lights and we paid what ever fine they requetsed and we have no arears!
