Almost got locked up for asking for solution

Today 14 January 2013 at 15.08, after sitting in the traffic for about 45 min I was relieved to see a Metro Officer in his car at the side of the road, where I can make a u-turn. I was under the impression that it is an accident in front, so I stopped next to the officer's car and said that I have to turn back and take another route, my grandson is waiting for me at school on the pavement and he is in grade one. The officer jumped out of his car without any explanation and shouted that he shall lock me up if I turn around. I explained myself again and then he shouted that he is going to lock me up, because it is a road block. I asked him if it is not possible for him to surge my car seeing that my grandson is in danger alone at school this time of the day. He was ferrous, and again he told me to get onto the road. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I was waiting for another half an hour till I entered the roadblock. I asked the officer what he was surging for and he answered drugs license and weapons. He opened my boot and let me go. That is what I waited 2 1/2 hrs for? My grandson decided to go look for me. I picked him up near the highway. Luckily he was save
