Toilette leeks and drains blocked

We had asked the Gugulethu Municipality to help us with the problem of drains blocked and we are in a corner house which is responsible for the entire row (Ny 8) and currently residing at NY 8 No 7a, Gugulethu.

When you enter the toilet you can smell and see your neighbours filth, and has gone to the extend that is flooding in our house (at the back). We have dogs drinking the water coming out from this drain and kids also walking around this, worse of them all is that our kitchen is also next to this drain.

We also got rats coming from the back drinking this and would like very much someone to come and see what is going on until todate no one has come. Our neighbour (next door) has gone back to a bucket system since their toilette is also blocked.

This is a cry for help, we don't know what else to do. This is unhygienic and we have kids who are getting sick because of this.
