Incorrect issue of firearm licence

I was so keen about buting my new glock 17 I went to do the application at my area district fierarm officer, everything was great untill the issued me with a wrong licence card .so when I went to correct this I was thrown from piller to post nobody wanted to help me I even dhl all my new docs at my cost back to pretoria for a new card, my district firearm officer shows me on the event history that is was capt masilela fault he was the one who captured the incorrect information wich lead to them printing a wrong licence card.no one is willing to help me, my gun shop is charging me storage fees and this is costing me money. I feel that they do bnot want to help me and keep passing the bucki sense that they are hostile toward me since I've found a mistake in there system. I wish I could just get the card printed and ill be happy but that does not seem to ve the case
I'm very very upset and yet again the justice system fails to deliver there service
I need answers because nobody not even captain motau or captain masilela or col ndlakula can help me then what is there job?
