THEY LOST MY LICENCE CARD AND NOT HELPFULL @ ALL

Applied for a firearm licence wich was approved on 10 June 2013 already, my card was printed and the district office in Johannesburg confirmed that they received the card at the Johannesburg office where its distributed from on 18 June 2013. I then started phoning around and between Springs where I applied, Pretoria printing and Johannesburg district Everyone keeps telling me it is not their problem. Up untill now I've spend hours on the phone and must have about 9 tel numbers as they keep on telling me to phone someone else and no one can give me a straight answer.

My application for reprint was captured on the 22 July 2013 and nothing has been done to print my new card. The call center in Pretoria just tells me to wait, the PRINTING simply doesn't answer their phone and the one time I got through they said they were going to print it the next day (never happened). I have a friend that applied for his licence around the same time I applied for my reprint and his was approved and he has his card in about 6 weeks. I am now waiting for my reprint for about 8 weeks, It was approved on 10 JUNE 2013 already...

If i lost it.. total different story
