At 5:38AM Friday the 15 March 2013 I went to the payment point at PTA Station and told them I want to collect a personalised gold card, I was told that the system is offline I must come back later after work.
When I came back from work at around 16:20, I found a different guy, He told me it's peek hour I must come back tomorrow or during the day. I told him what happened in the morning and He insisted I must came at non peek hour times!

It is really sad because Gautrain never mentioned before that to get the personalised Gold Card you must come at a off peek hour times!

I am still shocked if this is the world class service Gautrain is giving to us!
