I went today to go and make an appointment for my motorcycle licence.

What a nightmare!!
First of all all the stall is 75min late.
Then they come and stuff a form in your hand rudely and shout what you must fill in, but don't supply a pen.
And please don't dare ask for a pen as you will offend them.

Then after getting a form filled in you 'ghost walk" to the other building for the eye test.

Once i was almost in front i got pulled out of the Que to be asked if i can my license in a weeks time, then I asked does this count for the motorcycle as well and my guess was correct no.
Now back in the Que for the eye test but at the back as you left the Que..

Eye test done now the wait to pay at the cashier and to get your booking.
Well that took a mere 2hours.
When i eventually got in front i was told that there is a issue to book a motorcycle test but they are working on it. 50mins later i get my form but then all the systems going down (apparently a daily happening).
We are back on line now all i need to do is to pay right.. No .. in short got pulled out of line 3 times and sent everywhere just to get helped by the rudest woman I've ever seen
