Good example for public service

I came in to make some changes on my ID document. I was amazed by Martha's welcoming attitude and professionalism. She assisted me with the form. Unlike the common negative attitude one has come to expect in government department quees; she was friendly and ready to help. Some of the public servants can learn a lot from someone like her.
