Suprisingly Good Service from a Government Dept

Government services are usually the worse run. My wallet was, I replaced everything except my licence due to my dread at going to the Licensing Office. However, I decided to give it a go on Monday the 04/03/2013. I was pleasantly surprised.

From the car guard to the officers, everyone was helpful and knowledeable
They have efficient processes in place
I was happy that everything went off well and only took 1h30mins
