Unfair dismisal

I went to the Germiston licence department and they chased us away and didn't deliver their services before the clock off time, and never explained why. Miriam told me and the 8 people I was with to back tomorrow they r tired. They clock @ 15:00 normal time but today they clicked off @ 13:00 with no good reason. The manager Mr Nsibande also chased us out and and locked himself in his office. I only had today off so I can make bookings for my licence, I explain i wont get another off until march, they both (Miriam $ Mr Nsibande) to make a plan couse I'm the one who needs a licence not them, they also yold me they will make me fail my licence because of y questioning
