I use the train from rhodesfield to sandton everyweek day, I had R198 on my gold card on monday when i arrive at rhodesfield on monday i tagged out only to find out that it did not deduct the trip so when i tagged out with my car at the gate it deducted R85, i went to query that so i was told that its my responsibility to check if the trip is deducted, to my suprice the glass doors opened for me to go out, i spoke to a supervios to refund my money back she just told me theres nothing that she can do that money is non refundable, and walked away and continue with watever she was doing, as a supervisor on duty didnt bother attending to my problem as a customer. she was with a staff member who took over as if she is the supervisor who gave me a whole lot of attidute, and show no respect to me, who told me to educate my self about gautrains t & c. i am not impressed by this type of service.
