After numerous calls to SARS I filed my 2013 return using efiling. Realising that there was an error on my assessment I made contact with SARS. After holding for 43 minutes I was told "the computer works it out - you must pay. Is there anything else I can help you with? ".

I have never received such bad service!!!

Now I am trying to dispute the assessment but keeps kicking me out telling me that my login time has expired due to inactivity - seriously - I have only been on the site for 5 minutes and been trying to complete the dispute form.

I do not know what to do!!!
