I stay in Eldoraigne, i got in arrears with my muncipal account, on the 21st Feb i got notification that the services were suspended, on the 22 Feb the account was paid in cash and we were told that the electricity would be on the same day, nothing happened on Saturday 23rd Feb we phoned and were told that the electricity will be restored during the day, later that afternoon we phoned again and were told that they not open to reconnect on weekends we would have to wait till Monday. Today it is still not reconnected you phone after 4 phone calls of 20 minutes each still nothing go back to the offices and now get told it might be on tomorrow, so my partner did peform and was excorted out of the building by security
Why are people been treated like trash when the municipalites cant even restore electricity sure we were wrong but due to unforseen circumstances we could not pay but did pay on the 22nd today the 25th and still no electricity
