I Went to open a cheque account with FNB two weeks ago, last week I received a text message saying my cheque card is ready for collection, so I naturally go to the branch where I opened my account assuming the card will be there. It was not, it is at another branch, so FNB Randpark Ridge said they will get the card delievered to them, and they would call me when it arrives. A week later I still have not heard from FNB Randpark Ridge so I give them a call to find out where the card is, the card is still not there. They dont apologise for not calling me or letting me know what is happening with the card. I dont know now if I have made the right decision moving to FNB.
