Pension pay out claim

I resigned in December from the department, and in mid January did my enquiry with HR, was told that they are waiting for debt clearance from salaries. i sent an email on the 11 February 2013 to Khosi in hr to check how far are they with the process, she was still waiting for salaries department. i think they are being unfair to me because i submitted all the documents to withdraw my pensions, and what i get back is a bad attitude from Khosi telling me that she is not in a position to reprimand salaries in the way they are doing their job. if they cant do it while they are working together, who is suppose to do that, as i am no longer working there? To make it worse i then responded to her email and copied her supervisor who never bothered to come back to me.

please investigate, all i want to know is that my claim is in process and when will i get my money
