Non payment of my pension fund for 6months&waiting

It is with utmost disappointment and anger as I draft this email towards the District office D10 JHB North. I resigned in July and submitted all my documents in order for my application for my pension fund to be processed but up to date have not received a dime of my pension fund money. I have made numerous calls and visits to the department office and made numerous follow ups about my application being processed but up to date have not received a direct answer from your department but instead have been pushed from pillar to post. It's been 6months waiting in vain with no one assisting me or taking the matter further to be addressed. For the past 6months I haven't been able to pay my bills, feed my children&my one child is due to register at university this January but I don't have funds to register my son, I've literally had to beg for food to get us by bcoz I'm a single parent& the sole provider for my family. I haven't earned a salary 4 the past 6months nor received my pension pay out. Your department have truly let me down and I am very angry and need this matter attended with urgency if not I will take this matter up even further. Your service delivery is unacceptable
