On the 1st of October 2013 I submitted my pension application to Johannesburg District 10 education department

On the 20th of November 2013 I called toll free number 0800 117 669 from which I was told Pretoria offices received my application on the 11th November

On the 11th December I visited offices in Pretoria to check on shortage of documents they may need for my application and I was told it would take 60 days and I may be paid after December 31st which was my last day at work

I sent an email on the 2nd January and I got the response which was an automated email that offices would be opened on the 6th January 2014.

On the 6th I called Pretoria and I was told my file was in legal section from the 24th December 2013 to this day I am told the same story & I don't know what to do as I am about to lose my property.
