Credit account not paid out since April 2020

Since April 2020 I monthly receive a statement from Mogale City with a credit amount of ZAR 2698.55
I have provided my banking details for the refund and I monthly send a reminder email to motlatsi.monnanyana@mogalecity.gov.za, lucy.pule@mogalecity.gov.za, daphney.matodzi@mogalecity.gov.za and customerservices@mogalecity.gov.za.
Up to date I do not receive any reaction from Mogale City side.
