These people are such a joke

His organization is such a joke... I've never seen such incompetency. we reserved our company name and after that they told us in the Cape Town Branch to send the documentation to [Email Removed] to complete our registration. After not getting feedback for more than two weeks we went to the CT office to follow up and they said the reason they havent processed our stuff is because we dont have money in our account (serioulsy how were we suppose to know???), we then deposited the money and up until today we havent had feedback from them and I have sent several proofs of payments to [Email Removed] and still the money doesnt reflect on our account. Their call centre number always just rings... no one ever picks up... the staff at the Cape Town branch is clueless, the lady at reception is so unprofessional and incompetent..I've seen bad run companies before but cipc comes top so far... their service is terribly bad!!!
