Hi My name is Dorcas Kobe on the 03 February myself and my twin sister (talitha seletisha) took our kids to the clinic for their immunisations at Region D in Diepkloof Soweto and when we got there we found the Lady in charge and She was RUDE to us. when i requested for a letter as i was going to work She told me that the only people qualifying for a letter are the people that came in at 7am. And She asked why am i late and i never got the letter as she was boasting telling me that anyway she is the one giving the letter what am i going to do about that. She doesnt even talk to her staff in a right manner and she screams at them in front of us. when we got there we were told that the service will onltake 30 minutes and was there since 10:55 and only left at 12:40. This kind of service shouldnt be allowed especially in a hospital/clinic.
