COMPLETELY LOST CONFIDENCE IN SAPS

When a landlord wanted his other tenant to take over my rented shop without buying it, he illegally locked me out. Thereafter he bacame desperate to open my shop but he needed some protection against the law in terms not to be held responsible for house breaking. He thereafter went to his attorney, they decided to compile Summons with Automatic Rent Interdict as it allowes the sheriff to to compile the inventory of the assets.

When the plan to open my shop was on their cards, the attorney instructed a Sheriff to go the shop so that the thinking would be that, it is the sherrif who opened the shop, whereas he couldnt because he didnt have a court order to do that however the sheriff bought in and compromised his independency amd went there. Afterwards, the papers he supposed to have served me with, he served them to the landlord. After this incidence, I lost a lot of stock and some was destroyed inside the shop and I also lost R20k which was inside the shop. I went to Hillcrest SAPS to lay a charge and the head of detectives refused me to open a case. I reported him to the management, he was found to have wrongfully refused and I went back again and I was refused again.
