Hi
Kindly note that i have bought my train fares including the parking. But currently i am having issue of unable to use it as every time i went to the station Centurian the parking is always full forcing me to use my car. i have send a complaint but i was told it will take 10 working days before i can get responds.
i have try to get the refunds and i was told it is not refundable
Kindly assist to get my refund back as they are failing to provide the parking for me
