I would like to honour the staff of the GAUTRAIN for their awesome customer service. Wow what great attitude do they have. From the security team to the Customer service staff.

I lost my wallet on Sandton station. On reporting it at ORT they ID me and a mobile guard was on the train to ORT with my wallet. Their speedy response ensured that I made my flight with my wallet in tact.

A special thank you must go out to FAZILA MOOLA this lady is the resemblance of customer service. She assisted me all the way from getting me through the station to the airport. Coming back from PE this evening she waited for me arranged my parking ticket with a SMILE. Well done FAZILA MOOLa (Customer Service Supervisor ORT)
