WITHOUT ELECTRICITY FOR DAYS!!!

Good Day

I`m writing this e-mail in the hope that someone in your
organisation would take the time to actually read and
respond.

We reside in Eldorado Park extension nine (9) No 14 Kamfer Street. Our
electricity has been off since 7pm last night (22/01/2014), and
today being the 23/01/2014 I would have thought that someone
would have realised this and corrected the problem. However, no-one
there seems to care, I have called but is placed on hold for enormous
lengths of time. Not only do you NOT care about the electricity, but
we must now waist money on calls that not answered.

Not to mention the amount of food that is going to waist due to this
problem. I sincerely hope that someone takes the time to read this
e-mail, and reply with the required information.

I have posted this e-mail on the web-site HELLO PETER as well
due to none response.
