On the 19th my electricity was cut, today is the 27th and it is still not conected. I have done the payment, sent the proof, however the problem on the account is a Journal that was due on the account since July that has still not been done!! I have e-mails as proof of all communication. since making payment of the shortfall on the account due to not getting statements, proof sent on the 21st, e-mails have been read... no replies, no reconnection, no electricity... NO MORE PATIENCE!!! when requesting to speak to management, there is never answer on the numbers supplied! the call centre wont give e-mail details... I work full time, leaving home 6am to travel 56km's to work and get home after 6pm again. Due to incompetence, lack of care and absolutely no customer service it seems the only way to resolve is to take time off work. This is pathetic!!!
