HThis started last year when the municipality switched mylights off for 2months when I was paying and I asked them to separate the accounts for two house.one occupied by me and the other by my husband whom I was separated to.they wanted me to come with my husband when we were not on talking terms.i ended up going to the durban station branch.in december 2013 I asked them to close my late husbands account.which they did.when I went back and the white woman was back.she told me that she will be re instating the account.she wont close that account.i asked her whose houses were those and why she doesnt close the account as I want it closed.she told me that i will do an illegal connection.that white woman is the rudest white person I have ever seen.so i left the municipality without any assistance in another year. Durban eletricity and water in smith street needs take that woman for batho pele training and manners training.move her to another department
