Streetlights Not Working for 3 Months

Hi,
I would like to see if i can get someone to help me with this problem, because from the munisipality there is no service. Streetlights have not been working from beginning October. I reported it on 14 October 2013 to streetlights@tswane.gov.za They replied on the 16th October 2013 with reference no: 362184. Since then, the lights have not been fixed, and iv'e sent 6 more mails telling them it's not working. We have been robbed in the past, when the lights was not working, and plot fences gets cut also when it is so dark. We pay our municipal bills and property taxes, but no service delivery. I think it is pathetic. And then they say in their flyers and on the site, "faults will be fixed within 4 working days". Sounds more like 4 months!!!
