I called this morning, wanting a simple answer. Buyi put the call through 3 times, everytime I called back and explained to her I'm calling from a cellphone and CANNOT wait for 5 minutes for someone to pickup that side.hat happened to customer service, no apology, nothing. I emailed the customer service department, let's see how long they gona take to get back to me
