I arrived on the train back from Sandton @ 6:25 23/12/2013. When entering the station our cards did not grant access to my wife and child. I wanted to pay for parking and get my family out of the station. The staff member present wanted to know if the card i had was my wife's. Cards don't get issued to individuals so this is actually irrelevant. She then proceeded to ignore me. When she finally helped me she informed me she has no manager and refused to give me her name. I am under the impression that Gautrain operator's licence dictates that there must always be a station manager on duty. It also states that staff must wear name tags and i think it only common decency to give ones name when asked unless you have something to hide.

Poor service and disrespect should not have tolerated neither should public transport operators who allow for such behaviour or allow for no management to be present.
