ELECTRICITY WAS DISCONNECTED ON THE 1ST OF AUGUST 2013. MY ACCOUNT IS NOT IN ARREARS, THE NEXT PAYMENT DUE DATE IS ON THE 5 AUGUST 2013. I REPORTED THE INCIDENT TO THE CALL CENTRE AND A CALL WAS LOG. IT TAKE BETWEEN 8-10 HOURS FOR RECONNECTION. TILL DATE AND AFTER EXPECTED WAITING ITS STILL NOT CONNECTED. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I AM PENALISE FOR A MISTAKE FROM THE MUNICIPALITIES SIDE HAVING TO WAIT THAT LONG.
