Incorrect Billing and nothing done

This is a complaint regarding the type of service I have been getting from the City Power of Johannesburg, it is appauling. I have been billed incorrectly in other words I have used up R65000.00 on my water and lights in a period of one month according to my statement, THIS IS APPAULING to say the least. I have gone to the Branch in Braamfontein spoken to several people there WHO DID NOTHING, I was told to call and log in an Investigation call, this was two months ago and noone has called to say they coming as I was told someone will call to come through and do an investigation. I have been calling and the same reference that was given to me keeps escallating and nothing gets FIXED. To make matters worse they keep sending a drunk man to come and do my readings every month. WHAT THE!!! I'm so fed up and there is no way in I will pay that amount until they can prove to me HOW I managed to used R65000.00 in one month. It is only 3 people that live in my house. PLEASE EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT KNOW THEIR JOB AT JOBURG CITY POWER. If nothing happens this year I will escalate to the STAR newspaper who are ready to investigate the matter further.
